How do I track my package?
We will send you the tracking code for your order as soon as we receive your tracking number from our fulfillment partner. We will send the tracking number to the email that you filled down when placing your order(s). This email will also guide you how to track your package.
You can also visit our website at the Track My Order Page on the top menu bar. Here you can view the latest status of your order & you can see if your tracking number has been updated to your order.
**Please note: if you do not see your tracking number yet it means we have not received the number from our fulfillment partner. Most orders are updated with tracking information within 5-10 business days.

Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.
Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Before the purchase, the customer has to be sure to read all the description of the product, because there are no refunds for size, measurements or colors.
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Parcels that is lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

The cost of the shipment will not be refunded, only the cost of the product purchased.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 12 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
